Ea Coventry Services is a commercial cleaning company based in London serving residential and small-business clients across the local area. We are expanding our sales team to drive revenue for recurring cleaning contracts, deepen relationships with existing accounts, and convert inbound leads into long-term clients. The Tele Sales representative will work remotely with regular coordination with the operations team in London to ensure accurate handoffs and excellent client experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct outbound and inbound telephone sales to generate new business and upsell existing customers for cleaning services.
  • Qualify leads, understand client needs, and propose appropriate service packages and pricing.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activity in the CRM; update status and follow-up tasks.
  • Meet defined weekly and monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with operations and scheduling to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
  • Handle objections professionally, negotiate terms, and close deals while preserving long-term customer relationships.
  • Provide regular reports to the sales manager and participate in remote sales meetings and training sessions.


The role is remote-eligible and requires reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and some overlap with London business hours for collaboration. Successful candidates demonstrate strong telephone presence, a customer-focused attitude, and persistence in following the sales process.
