What you'll be doing

Six-B Food Industries (Pvt. Ltd.), based in Lahore, is a growing food & beverages manufacturer focused on snacks, beverages and condiments for the Pakistan market. We are expanding our commercial footprint and seeking a Territory Sales Officer to manage sales operations, grow distribution, and represent our brand at retail and wholesale outlets across an assigned territory. This role combines field sales, relationship management, and execution of promotional activities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Manage daily field sales activities within the assigned territory and ensure achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers and retail accounts to maximize product availability and visibility.
  • Implement merchandising and in-store promotional plans, ensuring correct shelf placement, pricing and POS materials.
  • Conduct regular route planning, visit accounts, capture order requirements, and follow up to ensure timely delivery and collections.
  • Monitor competitor activity and local market trends; provide actionable feedback to sales manager to adapt strategies.
  • Prepare accurate daily/weekly reports on calls, sales, returns and stock levels using company reporting tools.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain to resolve stock shortages and ensure order fulfillment.
  • Support product launches, sampling campaigns and trade promotions as required to drive trial and penetration.

We offer structured on-the-job training, close supervision by the regional sales manager, and opportunities for career growth within our commercial team. The successful candidate will be based in Lahore and expected to work primarily in the field within the assigned territory, with regular reporting to the Lahore office.

  • Proven field sales experience in FMCG/food & beverage distribution or related fast-moving consumer goods, with strong retail and wholesale account management.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to build trust with distributors and retailers.
  • Ability to plan daily routes and manage time efficiently to maximize productive store visits.
  • Merchandising skills: shelf management, stock rotation, planogram execution and POS deployment.
  • Basic numeracy for order taking, invoicing, and collection monitoring; ability to meet sales targets consistently.
  • Good communication skills in Urdu and English; ability to complete clear sales reports and call logs.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field; able to handle rejections and persist to close orders.
  • Familiarity with mobile reporting apps or basic MS Excel for recording daily sales and stock information.
