This role supports Profyd’s blended model: primarily remote online teaching from home with optional onsite assignments at the Lahore center for teachers who prefer an in-person environment. You will design lesson plans aligned to curriculum objectives, deliver engaging live lessons, assess student performance, and contribute to a collaborative teaching team focused on continuous improvement.
- Deliver live online English lessons to students of varying ages and proficiency levels using company learning platforms and prescribed materials.
- Plan and prepare lessons that include clear learning objectives, varied activities, and formative assessments to track progress.
- Assess and report on student performance through quizzes, assignments, and progress reports; provide constructive feedback and individualized support.
- Maintain communication with students and parents where appropriate to set expectations, provide progress updates, and develop remedial plans.
- Participate in curriculum development and training sessions; collaborate with colleagues to refine teaching methods and share best practices.
- Optional onsite teaching at the Lahore facility for those who prefer classroom-based instruction; comply with local site policies and schedules.
