Assistant Accountant

Job Description:

Crescent Fibres Limited, a publicly listed textile company headquartered in Lahore, seeks an Assistant Accountant with 3 years of experience. Join our vertically integrated textile operations supporting yarn, fabrics, and value-added product accounting and financial controls.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping, ledgers, and journal entries
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, and perform vendor reconciliations
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash
• Assist with month-end close and prepare financial schedules
• Support payroll processing and statutory filings (sales tax, withholding)
• Assist internal and external audits and maintain compliance documentation
• Coordinate with production and inventory teams for cost accounting
