Cold Calling Executive – UK B2B Lead Generation (ITAD Campaign)

Location and Role

• Location: Lahore (On-site)
• Shift Timing: UK shift 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
• Salary: PKR 80,000100,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

About the Company

Root Communication Limited is a UK-based IT Asset Disposal (ITAD) and IT recycling company working with businesses across the United Kingdom. We help companies securely recycle and dispose of unwanted IT equipment including laptops, desktops, servers, networking devices, and business electronics.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to UK businesses
• Generate B2B sales leads and qualified appointments
• Introduce IT recycling and IT asset disposal (ITAD) services to companies
• Build relationships with decision-makers and business owners
• Maintain and update lead records
• Follow up with potential clients via calls and emails
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets

Requirements

• Open to all candidates
• Minimum 34 years of proven experience in cold calling, telesales, telemarketing, or lead generation
• Excellent spoken English communication skills
• Experience with UK campaigns is highly preferred
• Confidence speaking with business clients over the phone
• Ability to handle objections and convert conversations into leads
• Target-driven, energetic, and professional attitude
