Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Description:

Resilience Chartered Accountants, a Lahore-based accounting firm, is hiring a Social Media Marketing Executive. This is a full-time, office-based role in Lahore focused on managing social presence, running paid campaigns, generating leads, and strengthening the brand.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn accounts.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop content calendars and branding strategies.
• Run and optimize paid ads (Meta) to generate leads.
• Monitor analytics, report performance, and implement improvements.
• Produce basic graphics and short-form videos.
• Coordinate with the team and maintain content schedules.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing.
• Practical knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and ad optimization.
• Strong content creation skills (copywriting and short-form video).
• Basic graphic design and video editing (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
• Good communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work from the office in Lahore.
