Al Makkah Travels is a US-based Umrah travel company operating in Bahawalpur in the transportation and logistics sector. We provide complete Umrah packages, ground transport and logistics for pilgrims. We are hiring an Umrah Sales Executive (US-Based) to drive sales in the US market and manage client relations.
Responsibilities
Sell Umrah packages and transportation services to US clients; meet monthly sales targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with agents, group leaders and individual pilgrims.
Prepare quotations, handle bookings, invoices and follow-through until service completion.
Coordinate with operations for transport, accommodation, visa processing and documentation.
Respond to customer inquiries across US time zones and provide timely pre/post-travel support.
Maintain CRM records and sales reports; propose promotions and package improvements.

What we're looking for
Minimum two years' sales experience in travel, Umrah/Hajj or transportation-related services.
Strong knowledge of Umrah procedures, visa processes and ground transportation logistics.
Excellent English communication (verbal and written) for US client interaction.
Proven negotiation, customer service and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office; ability to manage remote and US-timed communications.
Self-motivated, target-driven, organized and comfortable working with multicultural clients.
