Role Overview:

An international SEO company is seeking a motivated and confident International Business Developer (International CSR) to join a dynamic team in Islamabad. This full-time onsite role requires a minimum of two years' experience in sales, business development, or international client relations. The candidate will present services, generate sales, and maintain strong client relationships while receiving training in SEO and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with international clients via calls, emails, and online meetings to understand business goals and challenges.
• Present and explain SEO and digital marketing services, including packages, pricing, and benefits.
• Convert leads into sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to foster trust and repeat business.
• Conduct follow-ups to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, communications, and sales activities using CRM and other tools.
• Apply training in SEO and digital marketing to improve service knowledge.
• Collaborate with internal SEO and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional attitude and represent the company in all communications and engagements.

The position requires an energetic, target-driven professional with strong communication skills, confidence in sales, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work onsite in Islamabad.
