Job Description:

Lead Nest (Public Limited Company - Unlisted) is a full-service marketing and advertising agency based in Gujar Khan delivering integrated brand solutions: creative, digital, media and experiential.

We are hiring temporary/contract, on-rotation Sales Representatives (remote, commission-based) to generate and close leads for client campaigns. Ideal for fresh graduates seeking sales experience in marketing.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and social channels
Present and pitch agency services to potential clients
Follow up, negotiate, and close deals on a commission basis
Log activities and update CRM; prepare daily and weekly sales reports
Hit monthly sales targets and KPIs; adapt to rotation and shift schedules
Coordinate with marketing and account teams for campaign handoff
Attend remote training and team meetings
