Sales Agent For Truck Dispatch

Position: Truck Dispatch Sales Agent (Remote)

We are looking for a motivated and confident Truck Dispatch Sales Agent to help onboard owner-operators and trucking companies for our dispatch services.

Responsibilities:

Reach out to owner-operators and trucking companies

Generate leads through cold calling, social media, load boards, and online platforms

Explain our dispatch services professionally

Build long-term relationships with carriers

Follow up with potential clients consistently

Maintain lead records and updates

Coordinate with dispatch team after onboarding

Requirements:

Good English communication skills

Experience in truck dispatch sales, freight brokerage, or trucking industry preferred

Confidence in cold calling and lead generation

Basic understanding of DAT, TruckStop, or trucking operations is a plus

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Stable internet and laptop/headset setup

Compensation:

Base salary + commission structure

Commission-based (depending on experience)
