What you'll be doing

Kaylani is seeking a dedicated Production Manager to bridge the brand's design vision and artisans. You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality Zardozi artisans and ensuring production meets international luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

On-ground scouting and management of reliable Zardozi and hand-embroidery workshops.
Quality control: supervise fabric quality, embroidery neatness, and stitching/finishing.
Timeline management: ensure timely completion and shipment of orders.
Communication: provide daily/weekly behind-the-scenes (BTS) updates and manage artisan relations, resolving issues professionally.

Requirements:

Preferably based in a textile hub (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) or willing to travel/relocate to production hubs.
Strong communication skills: Urdu for artisan coordination and English for brand communication.
Eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship.
