Customer Sales Representative

The Xylo is hiring Customer Sales Representatives for its DME campaign, providing a great opportunity for individuals who are fluent in English and have strong communication skills. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent time management and be capable of effective lead generation while applying strong sales and convincing skills to convert prospects into customers. This role requires active listening to fully understand customer needs and professional customer handling to ensure satisfaction, especially while dealing with healthcare-related products like braces.

Candidates must be target-oriented and able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting daily and weekly goal.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone to promote our services and products.
- Utilize strong sales techniques to convert leads into customers.
- Actively listen to customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain a positive attitude and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Meet sales targets and provide feedback on customer interactions.

Working Hours:
8:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Night Shift)
Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year of experience preferred in relevant field
