About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior WordPress Full-Stack Developer to join our team. This is not a position for beginners or "page builder" specialists; we need a developer who understands the core of WordPress and can build custom, high-performance solutions from the ground up.The ideal candidate must be an expert in custom theme development, complex plugin creation, and advanced performance optimization. Your primary focus will be building scalable, secure, and lightning-fast websites that pass Core Web Vitals with flying colors.

Key Responsibilities

Custom Development: Develop bespoke WordPress themes and plugins from scratch using clean, well-documented PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.

Full-Stack Integration: Manage both front-end and back-end development, including database management and API integrations.

Performance Optimization: Audit and optimize websites to achieve 90+ scores on Google PageSpeed Insights. You must be able to pass Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) through advanced caching, image optimization, and code minification.

Maintenance & Security: Troubleshoot complex bugs, perform security audits, and ensure all builds are secure and compliant with modern web standards.

Code Quality: Implement best practices for WordPress development, ensuring high-quality code that is scalable and maintainable.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in WordPress full-stack development.

Core Languages: Expert proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (Vanilla/jQuery/React), and CSS3.

Theme & Plugin Expertise: Proven track record of developing custom hooks, filters, and Gutenberg blocks.

Performance Expert: Deep understanding of server-side optimization, CDN configuration, and database optimization to pass Core Web Vitals.

Tools: Familiarity with Git version control, WP-CLI, and REST APIs.

Problem Solving: Ability to debug complex conflicts and performance bottlenecks that standard plugins cannot fix.

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of SEO-friendly technical architecture.

Problem Solving Skill

Understanding of AI for Save time in complex coding.
