Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Internee who is eager to learn and build a career in business development. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or students with a basic understanding of freelancing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Bidding & Lead Generation:
Assist in identifying and applying for projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn.
Proposal Writing:
Learn to write customized proposals based on client requirements and company services.
Client Communication:
Support in responding to client queries and maintaining professional communication.
Market Research:
Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
Performance Support:
Help track bidding activity and maintain simple reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
Basic understanding of freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn)
Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
Basic knowledge of IT services (Web, Software, Marketing, or Design) is a plus
Willingness to learn and grow in business development
