Graphic Designer

Encoderz LLC, a digital PR and marketing firm, seeks a full-time designer to join its Multan software house brand of design, web, digital marketing and content staffers. Ideal candidate will have existing experience with web development (WordPress at a minimum), logo development, brand identity, advertising and infographics. Experience with Adobe CS5 required especially Photoshop InDesign and Illustrator.

Skills Required Include:
• Master strong visual design skills, including a deep understanding of typography, composition, and use of color
• Understand user-centered interaction design and web standards
• Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
• Experience with creating site maps, wireframes task flows, navigation flows, and wireframes.
• Experience (hands on experience a big plus, especially front-end coding) working with web-based technologies and concepts such as HTML/HTML5/CSS/CSS3/JavaScript/Jquery, and Content Management Systems such as Drupal and WordPress and site migration.
• Ability to manage large volumes of work with tight deadlines while managing your own time ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
• Outstanding creativity, enthusiasm, sense of humor, team spirit.
