Software Developer

We're looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, ship-it culture. You'll own features end-to-end — from architecture and implementation to deployment and observability — across our full-stack TypeScript platform and mobile applications.

You write clean, maintainable code, think in systems, follow a TDD-first approach, and leverage AI-powered tooling to move fast without cutting corners.

This is a high-autonomy role. We operate without a formal UAT phase — you're expected to ship with confidence by writing thorough tests, validating your own work, and owning quality from the first line of code to production. If you need a QA team to feel safe deploying, this isn't the right fit. If you believe great engineers are their own best testers, read on.

INTERVIEW PROCESS

One round interview combines both technical and behaviour.

No LeetCode. No trick questions. Just real engineering work.

Work Location: Fully Remote

- Next.js & React — building responsive, performant web applications

- NestJS — designing scalable microservice architectures with TypeScript

- Redis / Redis Streams — event-driven messaging and real-time data pipelines

- MongoDB — schema design, aggregation pipelines, indexing, production-level operations

- Playwright & Jest — writing meaningful tests that replace the need for manual QA

NICE TO HAVE

- React Native for cross-platform mobile development

- SRE mindset — you think about reliability and observability proactively

- Kubernetes and DevOps experience

- GCP experience (Cloud Build, Artifact Registry, Cloud Run / GKE)
