We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment & HR Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring and support HR operations within a fast-paced software house specializing in ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience hiring for technical roles and ensuring smooth HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles, especially ServiceNow-related positions
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other creative channels using advanced Boolean search techniques
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and director operations
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of ServiceNow talent (developers, administrators, consultants, business developers)
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
HR Operations
- Oversee onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices
- Address employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and hiring pipeline status
- Identify gaps and suggest improvements in recruitment and HR processes
- Support HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention
