MSB Welfare Organisation is seeking a dedicated and motivated Field Manager to oversee and manage field operations, ensure smooth execution of welfare projects, and coordinate with teams and communities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing organizational goals on the ground and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day field activities and staff

Ensure proper implementation of welfare projects and programs

Coordinate with local communities, volunteers, and stakeholders

Conduct field visits, inspections, and reporting

Maintain accurate records and prepare field reports

Identify challenges in field operations and provide effective solutions

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards

Support planning and execution of new initiatives

Monitor team performance and provide guidance where needed

For Fresh Candidates (Intermediate Level)

Minimum qualification: Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICOM or equivalent)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to work in the field and travel when required

Basic understanding of social work and community engagement

Ability to work in a team environment

Basic knowledge of MS Office (preferred but not mandatory)

Energetic, honest, and responsible attitude

For Experienced Candidates

Minimum qualification: Intermediate or higher

1–3 years of relevant field experience (NGO/welfare sector preferred)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Experience in handling field operations and reporting

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Good knowledge of local areas and community dynamics

Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
