Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

We are looking for a talented CTO / Head of App Development to lead our e-commerce project from the ground up. You will be at the head of the project, responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all development tasks while ensuring the team delivers high-quality results. This is a unique opportunity to shape the technology and product strategy of a new startup from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of our web and mobile applications, managing the execution of tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor the work of a small tech team (currently 2 developers), providing guidance and support.

Contribute hands-on to front-end and back-end development as needed.

Integrate AI tools and automation to accelerate processes and improve efficiency.

Make architectural and technical decisions aligned with business goals.

Collaborate closely with the founders on product vision and feature prioritization.

Establish development standards, best practices, and code quality controls.

Identify potential risks and proactively solve technical challenges.

Proven experience in full-stack development (front-end + back-end).

Experience managing a small development team or leading projects.

Strong understanding of software architecture, tools, and modern development practices.

Familiarity with AI tools / automation integration is a big plus.

Self-driven, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of the project.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
