AI / Computer Vision Engineer

Hybrid (Remote + On-site visits once or twice per week) : 6 months probation period with possibility of extension based on performance.

We are looking for an AI / Computer Vision Engineer to design and develop intelligent systems capable of performing image recognition, semantic search, and offline voice-based search functionalities.

The candidate will work on building AI-driven solutions that analyze images and textual descriptions to identify and retrieve relevant information from structured databases.

This position requires experience in machine learning, computer vision, and natural language processing, with a focus on implementing efficient offline AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop image recognition systems using computer vision models
• Implement visual similarity search algorithms for image matching
• Develop semantic text search capabilities using NLP models
• Implement offline speech-to-text based search functionality
• Design vector search pipelines for fast similarity matching
• Train and optimize machine learning models for practical deployment
• Integrate AI services with backend APIs and databases
• Build and maintain datasets for AI model training and evaluation
• Optimize AI pipelines for performance in offline environments

• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience with OpenCV for computer vision applications
• Experience implementing machine learning or deep learning models
• Knowledge of natural language processing techniques
• Experience with vector similarity search systems

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FAISS or vector search libraries
• Experience with Sentence Transformers or embedding models
• Familiarity with offline speech recognition tools
• Experience deploying AI models as APIs
