Sales Executive / Closer 4 openings

Madmen Record/Marketing is looking for motivated and confident Sales Closers / Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, presenting our marketing services, and closing deals with international clients, primarily in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with potential clients through calls, messages, and online meetings.
• Present and explain company services including digital marketing, social media management, and promotion.
• Convert leads into paying clients by effectively handling sales conversations.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable marketing solutions.
• Maintain professional communication with international clients.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding.

• Minimum 3 months of sales experience (preferably in digital marketing, marketing services, or international sales).
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Ability to confidently handle sales calls and close deals with clients.
• Experience dealing with international clients (especially US-based clients) is a plus.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and present suitable marketing solutions.
• Comfortable working in a night shift (US market hours).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing services (social media marketing, ads, promotion, etc.).
• Strong confidence, professionalism, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
