Junior Sales Executive 3 openings

We are a recruitment partner currently hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Software Upseller & Project Manager.

Our client operates in the web design and digital services industry and is looking for a motivated professional who can handle both sales and project coordination in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone who can convert small design inquiries into larger web development and branding projects while managing multiple client conversations simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management
• Handle multiple incoming leads and respond quickly.
• Manage several active client conversations without losing quality or momentum.

Client Discovery Calls

• Conduct voice/video calls with clients.
• Gather technical and creative project requirements.

Client & Design Team Coordination

• Act as the main communication bridge between clients and the design team.
• Ensure project requirements are properly documented and communicated.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in selling or managing Web Design, Figma, or Graphic Design projects.
• Strong typing speed and multitasking ability.
• Comfortable conducting voice and video calls with clients.
• Experience handling leads from platforms like Fiverr or other online marketplaces.
• Good understanding of the design workflow from Figma wireframing to website development.

• Your experience is only in E-books or Dropshipping / E-commerce stores.
• You are uncomfortable with live voice or video consultations.
• You cannot manage high-pressure multi-client conversations.
