Position Overview:
The Back of House (BOH) Staff is responsible for supporting kitchen operations, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation

Prepare ingredients such as cutting, chopping, and storing food items

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen

Ensure proper storage of food and kitchen supplies

Support in dishwashing and kitchen organization when required

Follow food safety and kitchen safety guidelines

Coordinate with FOH staff to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

Willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Basic knowledge of kitchen operations is a plus

Hardworking and disciplined attitude

Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory
