Position Overview:
The Front of House (FOH) Staff is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for guests and ensuring excellent service throughout the dining experience. The role involves interacting with customers, taking orders, and maintaining the overall appearance of the dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

Assist customers with seating and provide menu information

Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen

Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns

Maintain high standards of customer service at all times

Coordinate with BOH staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of restaurant service is a plus

Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not mandatory
