Position Overview:
Salt Company is offering a 2-month unpaid internship for the position of Back of House (BOH) Staff. This internship will provide hands-on experience in kitchen operations and food preparation. Based on performance during the internship, candidates may be offered a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist chefs and kitchen staff in food preparation

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area

Support in food storage and ingredient preparation

Follow kitchen safety and hygiene standards

Help with dishwashing and kitchen organization when required

Ensure smooth coordination with the FOH team

Requirements:

Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Basic understanding of food preparation is a plus

Ability to follow instructions and maintain discipline in the kitchen
