We are seeking a Field Technical Support Engineer with 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Karachi.

Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support to clients as well via call .
- Troubleshoot and resolve Network related hardware and software issues promptly.
- Conduct system installations and upgrades.
- Train users on new software and technologies.
- Collaborate with the support team to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain documentation of installations and service requests.

-Conduct monthly visit on site perform Acitivty as per SLA .

-Provide complete report of assign task to designated Manager .

- Proficient in diagnosing technical issues and implementing solutions.
- Strong knowledge & Hands on Experience of Tourbleshooting Hardware , all windows Operating System , Lan Networks , CCTV , IP configuration etc .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Familiarity with IT security principles is a plus.
