Role Overview:

Excilion Solutions is seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Agent with experience in USA truck dispatch sales. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating active sales through cold calling, building strong client relationships, and contributing to company revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to U.S.-based trucking companies and owner-operators
* Identify decision-makers and present dispatch service offerings effectively
* Generate, qualify, and convert leads into active sales
* Develop and maintain a structured follow-up strategy to close deals
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships
* Handle objections professionally and negotiate service terms
* Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM
* Meet and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
* Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth client onboarding

Job Requirements (JR) :

* Minimum 3 months of experience in U.S. trucking or dispatch sales (Mandatory)
* Prior experience in cold calling and international client handling
* Skills & Competencies:
* Fluent English communication (Speaking & Listening)
* Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
* Knowledge of U.S. trucking terminology (preferred)
* Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated personality
