What you'll be doing

Position: Network Resident Engineer (Basic Level)
Location: Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan, Hyderabad, Peshawar, Sialkot, Gujranwala
Employment Type: Contractual for 1 year (extendable up to for 3 years)
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site network support at customer premises
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure
• Troubleshoot basic network issues (LAN/WAN, routing, switching)
• Perform configuration and basic implementation tasks
• Coordinate with senior engineers and remote support teams
• Maintain documentation and reports

What we're looking for

Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in IT, Networking, or related field
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing, Switching)
• Familiarity with network devices (Cisco, HP, Fortinet, etc.)
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Good communication and troubleshooting skills
Preferred:
• Entry-level certifications (CCNA or equivalent)
Experience in on-site/customer-facing support roles
