Job Title: Tendering Executive
Location: DHA phase 2, Islamabad
Timings : 1pm to 10pm (Mon to Fri)
Primary Functions of Job:
We are seeking a proactive Tendering Executive to drive tender success and ensure ongoing compliance excellence. You will research and prepare competitive bids for transport services, track outcomes, manage key accreditations (ISO, FORS, SafeContractor, SSIP etc.), handle renewals and audits, maintain accurate policies and compliance records, and act as the central point of contact for all compliance and accreditation queries. A highly organized team player with strong attention to detail, you will stay ahead of regulatory changes and continuously improve processes to support the business’s growth and reputation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1- Tender Research & Submission
Find and assess new tender opportunities in transport services
Review requirements, coordinate information from colleagues, and help prepare strong, competitive bids
Track tender progress and outcomes, sharing insights with the team
2- Compliance & Documentation Support
Help account managers keep contracts and accounts compliant with regulations and client needs
Prepare, update, and organize key policies, procedures, and compliance records
Respond quickly to requests for compliance documents or evidence
3- Managing Accreditations & Certifications
Identify and manage trade accreditations and certifications (like ISO, SSIP, FORS, SafeContractor)
Handle renewals and keep records up to date
Coordinate with accreditation bodies and auditors as needed
4- Teamwork & Communication
Build strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners
Serve as the go-to person for compliance and accreditation queries
Staying Up to Date
Monitor changes in regulations and industry standards
Recommend improvements to processes and documentation
