- Prepare and review documentation for compliance with international regulations.
- Monitor and resolve any issues related to air freight processes.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory in the accounting system.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure proper billing and payment processing.

Responsibilities:

Manage air freight import and export shipments, ensuring adherence to schedule and compliance with relevant regulations.

Coordinate all air cargo operations efficiently, including booking, tracking, and clearance processes.

Prepare, verify, and maintain all air cargo documentation such as air waybills and shipping manifests.

Handle customs clearance procedures specifically for Dubai Customs, ensuring timely clearance of goods.

Track shipments throughout the transportation process and address any discrepancies or delays promptly.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, documentation, and correspondence for audit and operational purposes.

Provide daily updates via email to customers on shipment status, delays, and any relevant information.

Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to optimize cargo handling and logistics.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements.

Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to air freight shipments with professionalism and attention to detail.
