CSR - Travel Agent 5 openings

Luxury Booking is hiring a CSR Travel Agent to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate must have strong English communication skills, good computer knowledge, and experience handling inbound and outbound calls and emails. The role involves managing travel bookings and responding to customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.

Job Timing: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

Good computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling, CRM systems)

Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls professionally

Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail in handling bookings and reservations

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of travel industry (preferred)
