Sales Officer

Position Overview:

Masters Online Insurance Broker is seeking a confident, target-driven, and energetic Sales Officer to join our sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with customers, and are motivated by performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
• Sell motor and medical insurance policies to customers
• Communicate policy features, benefits, and coverage clearly
• Engage with potential clients and handle customer inquiries
• Build and maintain positive client relationships
• Conduct follow-ups and assist customers throughout the sales process
