Masters Online Insurance LLC is seeking a confident, target-driven, and energetic Sales Officer to join our sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with customers, and are motivated by performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
Sell motor and medical insurance policies to customers
Communicate policy features, benefits, and coverage clearly
Engage with potential clients and handle customer inquiries
Build and maintain positive client relationships
Conduct follow-ups and assist customers throughout the sales process
Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Intermediate qualification
Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
Efficient English speaking ability
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confident and professional attitude
Ability to communicate in regional languages is a plus (e.g., Pashto)
Preferred (Good to Have):

Experience in B2C sales or customer-facing roles
Exposure to insurance or financial product sales

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.

Sales and negotiation skills to achieve targets and close deals.

Customer service orientation with the ability to understand client needs.

Basic understanding of insurance products (life, health, and general insurance).

Problem-solving and analytical skills to recommend suitable policies.

Self-motivation and goal-driven mindset.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
