IT Infrastructure Trainee / Junior IT Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated fresh IT graduate to join our IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of networking, systems, and IT operations, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fastpaced environment. This role offers handson experience with servers, networks, cloud platforms, and IT support processes.

Key Responsibilites

Assist in monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.

Provide technical support to endusers (hardware/software troubleshooting).

Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of:

Operating systems (Windows/Linux)

Network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)

IT hardware (laptops, printers, peripherals)

Help maintain system documentation, asset inventory, and network diagrams.

Assist in managing user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.

Participate in IT infrastructure projects, such as upgrades, migrations, and deployments.

Monitor system performance and report issues proactively.

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
