Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities for Wooglobe’s media production and digital content services.
Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, content creators, and key decision-makers.
Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads, prospects, and strategic partnerships.
Conduct cold outreach, discovery calls, client meetings, and presentations to pitch Wooglobe’s services.
Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies based on client requirements.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Manage and grow existing client accounts to maximize retention, upselling, and long-term value.
Collaborate closely with production, content, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for expansion.
Represent Wooglobe at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and forecasts using CRM and internal tools.
Requirements & Skills
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within media, digital, advertising, or creative industries.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field (preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a target-driven environment.
Excellent client-handling and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
