Job Title: Sales Closer – IT Tech Firm

Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore

Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Salary: 75,000 PKR - 200,000 PKR Basic Salary

Are you a high-performing closer with a passion for sealing deals and driving revenue? Join our IT tech firm in Gulberg 3, Lahore, where we are looking for a Sales Closer with exceptional communication skills and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the sales industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with pre-qualified leads and potential clients, guiding them through the sales process.

• Deliver persuasive sales pitches and handle objections confidently.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to finalize deals.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Maintain a strong follow-up system to nurture leads and maximize conversions.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies.

• Keep detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT, SaaS, or digital services.

• Strong closing skills with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

• Problem-solver with the ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.

• Big-goal oriented, driven by personal and professional growth.

• Punctual and hardworking, with strict adherence to shift timings (7 PM – 4 AM).
