Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive for the promotion and sales of medical disposable products in hospitals and healthcare institutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in hospital-based and private hospital sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell medical disposable products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, nurses, procurement, and store departments
• Conduct regular hospital visits and follow-up with end-users
• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and yearly basis
• Participate in tenders, quotations, and product demonstrations
• Monitor market activities, competitors, and pricing trends
• Ensure timely collection of payments and proper documentation
• Submit daily and monthly sales reports to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Science, Business, or related field)
• 1–3 years of experience in medical disposables or pharmaceutical sales (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have own motorcycle and valid driving license
• Familiar with major hospitals and healthcare setups
