We are a growing solar installation company looking for a motivated and enthusiastic telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate and qualify leads for our solar products and services by making outbound calls and engaging potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our solar solutions.
Identify and qualify leads based on interest and eligibility.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in our CRM or database.
Provide clear information about our products, pricing, and services.
Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested prospects.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.
Report customer feedback and insights to management for continuous improvement.
Requirements & Skills
Requirements:
Good communication and persuasive skills over the phone.
Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM usage.
Ability to handle objections politely and professionally.
Previous experience in telecalling, lead generation, or sales is a plus.
Friendly, confident, and target-oriented personality.
