Orient CCTV is hiring a motivated and responsible Customer Support & Operations Executive to handle customer communication, daily operational support, and coordination tasks. The role combines customer dealing with basic operational responsibilities required for smooth day-to-day store and office operations. Sales responsibilities may be evaluated after proper training.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication (Primary Responsibility)
Respond to customer messages on WhatsApp, website chat, and social platforms
Attend incoming customer calls and resolve product-related queries
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products from the website
Prepare and share price quotations as per company guidelines
Maintain professional, polite, and solution-oriented communication
Operational Responsibilities (Core Part of the Role)
Assist in daily store operations and internal coordination
Help with order follow-ups (status inquiry, delivery timelines – no order processing initially)
Coordinate with packing, dispatch, and senior staff when required
Assist in stock handling and basic inventory movement under supervision
Support general operational tasks assigned by management to ensure smooth workflow
Training & Growth
Learn CCTV products, accessories, pricing structure, and company processes
After 1–2 months of training, performance may be reviewed for:
Expanded customer handling
Sales-related responsibilities (if suitable)
Social Media Support (After Training)
Assist in posting content on company social media platforms:
TikTok
YouTube
Follow provided posting schedules and content guidelines
No editing skills required initially (training will be provided)

Requirements & Skills
Eligibility & Requirements (Mandatory)
Minimum Education: Matric (Metric) pass or above
Age: Approximately 18 to 25 years
CNIC: Mandatory
Skills & Abilities
Good communication skills (Urdu required, basic English preferred)
Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media apps
Basic image and video editing skills (for social media posts; tools like CapCut, Canva, InShot, or similar)
Ability to post content on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube after training
Willingness to learn new tools, products, and processes
Personal Traits
Responsible, punctual, and disciplined
Reliable and able to follow instructions
Positive attitude with customer-handling mindset
