Job Title: Cold Calling SDR (Sales Development Representative) β Remote, Night Shift

Compensation:
Base Salary: 70,000 PKR/month (starting)
Performance Bonuses: 20kβ30k per client booked that converts (uncapped, top SDRs often earn 100k+ PKR/month within 3β6 months)
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, Night Shift (U.S. hours), full-time
Commitment: Minimum 6β12 months

Role Overview:
The SDR is responsible for initiating first contact with U.S. med spas, conducting professional outbound calls, handling objections, and booking qualified Zoom appointments for our Sales Closer. This is a high-communication, high-consistency role that requires discipline, clarity, and confidence when speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 150β200 outbound calls/day to U.S. med spas.
- Speak with owners, managers, or decision-makers to introduce Elvaraβs solutions.
- Schedule qualified appointments and send confirmations/reminders to ensure high attendance.
- Record call outcomes, lead statuses, and notes in the CRM (GoHighLevel).
- Participate in team call reviews, training, and performance improvement sessions.
Performance Metrics (KPIs):
- Qualified Appointments Booked
- Show-Up Rate for scheduled appointments
- Daily Call Volume (150β200 calls)
- Follow-Up Consistency
- CRM Accuracy & Professional Communication
Requirements:
- 2β3 years of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation (experience with med spas or healthcare is a plus)
- Excellent English communication and phone presence
- Comfortable handling objections and navigating gatekeepers
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with CRM software (GoHighLevel) and call tracking tools
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in healthcare/med spa/wellness industry
- Understanding of high-ticket patient acquisition or lead nurturing

Work Schedule:
- Night shift: 7:30 PM β 4:30 AM PKT (start may vary 6:00 PM β 8:00 PM PKT)
- Monday β Saturday
- Minimum 6β12 month commitment
