We’re hiring a full-time, on-site customer service representative in Lahore for our fast-growing real estate team. This is a great opportunity for ambitious individuals who want strong income, career growth, and success-based rewards.

In this role, you’ll connect with clients, generate quality sales leads, and promote exciting property listings. Your day will include understanding market trends, meeting customers, closing deals, and achieving attractive sales targets with excellent earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate and manage qualified leads to drive real estate sales.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding and exceeding customer expectations

• Present clear, detailed information and market insights on available property listings.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property site visits to support confident buying decisions.

• Identify client needs and offer customized property solutions.

• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets to maximize earnings.

Requirements & Skills

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree.
1-3 years of experience in sales (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented individual.
