Real Estate Sales Agent Required 2

We are hiring a Real Estate Sales Agent responsible for selling Villas, Apartments, and Studio units of company projects.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Sell Villas, Apartments, and Studio units

2. Generate and follow up on sales leads

3. Conduct site visits and project presentations

4. Negotiate prices and close sales deals

5. Maintain client records and sales reports

6. Achieve assigned sales targets

7. Coordinate with marketing and management teams

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree

2. Experience in real estate sales preferred

3. Strong communication and negotiation skills

4. Target-driven and self-motivated

5. Knowledge of villa, apartment, and studio sales market
