Key Responsibilities:
Research and generate leads through various online platforms and tools
Identify and qualify potential clients based on company criteria
Maintain and update lead databases regularly
Communicate professionally with prospects via email, calls, and LinkedIn
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover
Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets
Requirements:
Proven experience in Call Center Agent or sales support
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms is a plus
