Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience across all communication channels.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely manner

Resolve customer issues, complaints, and order-related concerns

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues

Provide product and service information clearly and professionally

Ensure high customer satisfaction and follow support guidelines

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer support or a related role

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Ability to handle multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously

Familiarity with CRM tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
