Hiring: Junior Media Buyer/ ads specialist (Meta Ads)

Location: Karachi, Pakistan (Hybrid/Onsite)

Type: Full-time

Salary: 20,000-30,000 (based on experience & portfolio) can be increased in a single month if you prove your worth.

We’re looking for a junior media buyer who knows their way around Meta Ads and can handle campaigns independently.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Setting up and managing Meta ad campaigns from scratch
• Complete audience research (no pre-built audiences)
• Creative research and angle testing
• Campaign structure, testing, and optimization
• Tracking performance and making data-backed decisions
• Working across multiple niches
• Have experience running ads in Pakistan.

Important:

We do not provide training or mentorship.

You’re expected to know how Meta ads work and be comfortable building everything yourself.

• Someone who can think independently and take ownership
• Minimum experience required (portfolio or proof of work preferred)
