Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Travel Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong English communication skills and at least one year of experience in the travel industry. The role involves handling customer inquiries, managing bookings, and providing excellent travel solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
01- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email in professional English
02- Book flights, hotels, Umrah packages, and holiday packages
03- Use GDS systems (Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus – preferred)
04- Assist customers with changes, cancellations, and refunds
05- Prepare and share travel documents (tickets, hotel vouchers, itineraries)
06- Resolve customer issues and provide after-sales support
Requirements & Skills
Requirements:
01- Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry
02- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
03- Knowledge of airline rules, fares, and ticketing procedures
04- Experience with GDS systems is a plus
05- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
06- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Umrah, Hajj, and international holiday packages
- Familiarity with the UK or international travel market (preferred)
