Role Overview
We are hiring Outreach & Trade Relations Specialist — a friendly, organized, and persuasive individual who can connect with suppliers and clients, build strong business relationships,
and close accounts using cold outreach methods like cold calls, professional email communication, etc.
Whether you're a fresh graduate or an experienced communicator, if you're confident, fluent in English, and love purposeful conversations — this is your opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to suppliers and companies worldwide.
Send and respond to cold and follow-up emails professionally.
Develop call scripts, email templates, and outreach strategies.
Prepare company profiles, presentations, and documentation.
Lead and attend video meetings with potential partners.
Handle trade inquiries, supplier onboarding, and account activations.
Organize and update databases, CRM tools, and outreach logs.
Conduct business research and maintain contact records.
Collaborate with internal team members on daily communication needs.
Ensure daily productivity (required number of calls, follow-ups, etc.)
Requirements & Skills
Who We’re Looking For
A fluent English speaker (clear, confident, and understandable)
Excellent at both written and spoken communication
Comfortable with outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings
Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general software tools
Able to manage multiple accounts, tasks, and responsibilities
Organized, responsible, and self-driven
Eager to work with international clients in a fast-paced environment

Are currently a student (undergraduate)
Struggle with English communication or confidence on calls
Are easily distracted or unable to stay focused during long hours
Are not organized or cannot handle structured workflows
Are not comfortable with remote work environments
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (especially in English, Psychology, Communication Studies, or related fields)
Experience in call centers, telesales, virtual assistance, or BPO roles
Experience in supplier communication, negotiation, or sales is a bonus
