Job Description
Other duties will include:
- Arranging flights, transfers and accommodation
- Using a booking system (GDS-SABRE)
- Promoting and marketing the business
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Collecting payments
- Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas and passports
- Sending out tickets to clients
- Keeping clients up to date with any changes
- Dealing with complaints or refunds
- Maintaining records
- Meeting profit or sales targets
- Able to communicate in English (accent doesn't matter)
- Duty timing 0400PM - 0100AM
