We Are Hiring – Customer Support Representative (CSR)

Company: GJH Solutions (Software & Digital Services)
Location: Lahore
Shift: US Based Night Shift
Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM

About the Role:
We are a software house providing SEO, digital marketing, web development, design and software services to international clients. We are looking for an experienced CSR who can communicate with US clients and explain our digital services professionally.

Requirements:

2 to 3 years of relevant CSR or client support experience

Experience in software house, SEO or digital services preferred

Strong English communication skills

Ability to handle calls, emails and chat support

Experience with US-based clients is a plus

Must be comfortable working in night shift

Responsibilities:

Communicate with international clients regarding SEO and software services

Handle inbound and outbound client communication

Coordinate with internal technical teams

Maintain client records and follow-ups
