**Responsibilities:**
-Conduct job analysis via stakeholder interviews and surveys.Develop competency-based job descriptions aligned withstrategy.
-Evaluate job design for strategic fit and efficiency.Analyze performance data to identify "right-fit"indicators. Train and coach line managers on HR processes and
systems.
-Review and quality-check performance/talent forms.
-Manage end-to-end data compilation and validation.
-Create executive reports to visualize insights.
**Educational Qualification:**
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
